With over 18 years of expertise in HR & Operations, Yogini Bhalekar-Garude specializes in building HR departments, learning and development, policy implementation, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll, and administrative functions. She is passionate about organizational development, employee engagement, learning & development and driving business success through strategic HR solutions. Having headed HR for 10+ years across industries such as hospitals, healthcare, biotechnology, renewable energy, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and biomass pellet manufacturing, Yogini brings invaluable experience in managing HR functions for start-ups. She has led key initiatives, including: • Organizing a six-day training program for new recruits which included process, product and soft skills trainings. • Conducting soft skills and POSH trainings across Pan India (online & offline). • Playing a pivotal role in setting up a multi-specialty hospital and onboarding 350+ staff members • Leading HR efforts that secured NABH accreditation within two years for a renowned Mumbai hospital Yogini holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute and has completed the Train the Trainer program from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She is a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, Certified Mind Mapper, and holds a Leadership Skill Assessment Certificate.
