Welcome to Cortrahub.com, a platform owned and managed by Urja Business Consulting. By accessing or using this website and the services offered herein, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Cortrahub.com or using any part of the site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific services or features.

2. Platform Overview

Cortrahub.com is a curated directory and coordination platform that connects corporate trainers with organizations and HR teams across India and the UAE. The platform facilitates discovery, engagement, and coordination, but does not act as a recruitment agency or take commissions.

3. User Eligibility

To use this platform, users must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to enter into binding contracts in their jurisdiction. By registering, you affirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. Membership and Profile Packaging Fees

Membership Fees: All membership payments are non-refundable once activated. This includes access to platform features, visibility in search, and use of premium tools.

Profile Packaging Fees: These are refundable within 7 working days of the request, provided the service has not been fully rendered. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

Refund Process: To request a refund, users must email support@cortrahub.com with full details. Eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Commission-Free Model

Cortrahub does not charge any commission or brokerage from either trainers or organizations. All financial transactions are handled directly between the parties involved. The platform only coordinates the discovery and connection process.

6. Code of Conduct

All users must behave professionally and respectfully. Misuse of the platform, spamming, fake profiles, or inappropriate conduct may lead to suspension or permanent termination without refund.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content submitted by users (text, video, images) must be original or fully licensed. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Cortrahub the right to display it on the platform for promotional purposes.

Platform design, logo, and system features are owned by Urja Business Consulting and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cortrahub is not responsible for the outcome of engagements between trainers and organizations. We do not guarantee results, success, or performance. Our role is to provide a connection and coordination platform, not act as an agent or employer.

9. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may also suspend or terminate access at our discretion for any breach or misuse.

10. Privacy Policy

All personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our stated practices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
