Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Cortrahub.com (a platform managed by Urja Business Consulting) processes refunds for services rendered. By registering, purchasing a membership, or availing of any additional services on Cortrahub.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Membership Fees – Non-Refundable

The Membership Fee is a one-time or recurring payment (as applicable) for access to premium platform features, directory listing, visibility among verified users, and priority support services.

Membership is considered active from the moment payment is successfully processed.

All Membership Fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the services are fully used or partially used by the member.

No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

Non-utilization of platform services.

Voluntary cancellation or termination of membership by the user.

Removal of a profile due to violation of our terms of service or code of conduct.

Change of mind or dissatisfaction not attributable to service failure.

2. Profile Packaging Fees – Refundable with Conditions

Profile Packaging Services include but are not limited to: profile design, professional content creation (bio, expertise summary), resume formatting, media (video/photo) integration, and general optimization for visibility on the Cortrahub platform.

Users who purchase Profile Packaging Services may request a refund within 7 (seven) working days from the date of payment or submission of required materials (whichever is earlier).

A refund request must be submitted in writing to support@cortrahub.com and should include:

Full name of the registered user

Email ID used for registration

Payment reference number

Reason for refund request

Refund Conditions

The service must not have been fully rendered or finalized at the time of the request.

Refund requests after the 7-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

If Cortrahub’s team has already commenced substantial work (such as delivered content drafts, design layouts, or profile uploads), only a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, deducting applicable service charges.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will be credited within 7 (seven) working days of acceptance.

3. General Refund Policy Guidelines

Cortrahub reserves the sole right to determine whether a refund request meets the eligibility criteria.

Repeated refund requests or suspected misuse of the refund policy may result in suspension or termination of membership.

No refunds will be made in cash. All payments and refunds are processed via secure digital channels.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their membership at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of any amount already paid.

Profile Packaging Services, once canceled after service delivery has begun, will not be refunded unless eligible under the aforementioned policy.
